Will Bartholomew
Founder & CEO
Will Bartholomew founded D1 Sports Training in 2001 in his hometown of Nashville, TN.
His passion for sport developed early, earning All-State honors in three sports in high school (football, wresting, and track). Will followed his passion for sport to The University of Tennessee where he played fullback for Peyton Manning. While at Tennessee, Will won the 1998 National Championship and captained the team in 2001. At Tennessee, he found his passion for lifting and the training foundation for D1 Sports Training.
Will’s vision for D1 grew into a multi-million-dollar company with over 100+ training locations across the country. Men’s Health recognized D1 as a TOP 30 Gym. D1 is acknowledged as one of the 50 fastest growing companies.
Will’s involvement in his community goes beyond D1. He is a part of the Young President Organization. In his personal life Will is married to Shelly Bartholomew, former Miss Teen USA, and current model. They have three children Nolyn, Ty, and Mack.

- Will didn’t drink alcohol until he was 27
- Will enjoys fishing, golf, and hiking; basically, all the sports he was not born to do.
Dan Murphy
Chief Operating Officer
Dan Murphy joined the D1 team in 2005 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
His passion for athletics and training was born out of his experience attending the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was the captain of the soccer team. After serving in the Army, Dan moved to Nashville and received his MBA from Vanderbilt University. While in school, he became a member at the first D1 facility and partnered with Will to help grow his vision for D1 nationally.
As COO, Dan oversees company partnerships and monitors operational and strategic priorities for the D1 franchise management team. He was an integral part of the company’s expansion outside of the southeast and has played a pivotal role in turning D1 into a multi-million-dollar franchise company.
In his personal life, Dan is married to Stephanie. They have three children, Braden, Haley and Mason.

Austin Clark
Vice President of Operations
Austin Clark joined the D1 system in June, 2020 and has served in a variety of roles during his tenure with D1. Austin’s first introduction to D1 was in the role of General Manager at D1 Cool Springs. After seeing record growth during his time in that role, he transitioned to being an owner of a single unit. Today, Austin is the largest D1 Training Franchise owner in the system owning numerous D1’s across many states. As the Vice President of Operations for D1 Training, Austin is responsible for building meaningful relationships with the franchisees to better understand the needs of their business. With his experience, Austin gives strategic direction to the entire system in order to deliver sustainable revenue, market, and profit growth.
Austin is originally from Cottonwood, California. He attended California State University of Sacramento where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in strength and conditioning. Later, Austin received his MBA with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and Global Business. Austin is married to his wife Madelyn, who he met at D1, and has a five-month-old son named Titus.

- He played Division 1 football for Sacramento State and was a three-year team captain.
- Austin met his wife at D1.
Emily Andreoli
Vice President of Finance and Accounting
Emily Andreoli joined D1 in 2018 and currently serves as the Director of Accounting for both Home Office and D1 Cool Springs.
Emily manages the internal financial reporting process, franchisee billing and reporting, and other accounting-related systems and projects. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Carolina with dual degrees in Finance and Sport & Entertainment Management before moving to Nashville to pursue a career in the music industry. After a few years self-releasing music and later working as a tour accountant for multiple international touring acts, she went back to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her master’s in accounting.
Emily lives in Nashville and has loved becoming a part of both the fitness industry and the D1 community.

Matt Toy
Vice President of Marketing
Matt Toy rejoined D1 in 2023 as the Vice President of Marketing after serving in a similar capacity at D1 from 2006 to 2012.
Matt brings to the team a high-level of knowledge and expertise, boasting more than two decades of marketing and communications experience. In his first stint at D1, he played a strategic role in helping advance the business from three to 21 locations, while strengthening overall brand recognition. In addition to his time at D1, Matt has served as an executive for a large social media app, oversaw marketing at a university for eight years and has worked in the NFL, college and high school athletics.
On a personal note, Matt and his family live in Franklin, Tennessee where he serves on a few local non-profit boards that center around mental health or youth athletics. Matt and his wife, Melissa, have three children Annie, James and Maggie.

- Matt once jumped through the ceiling at the D1 home office
- Matt’s greatest marketing achievement was the D1 “Call Me Maybe” video in 2013
Julie Bauer
Vice President of Franchise Development
Julie Bauer joined the D1 Team in 2022 as Director of Franchise Development and transitioned into her current role as VP in late 2023. Her position reflects her hard work, exceptional results, and cultural fit into the D1 team. Julie earned her BS from Towson University and brings extensive business consulting experience to D1 Training.
She is passionate about mentoring young athletes through fitness and sports and helping people reach their professional goals through franchise ownership. Julie currently lives in Maryland with her husband and two children.

Just follow the sports! Julie's husband is a professional football coach, and their children keep them busy with sports too!
Nashville is Julie's favorite city! You won't ever need to twist her arm to go out on Broadway!
Shad Meier
Vice President of Construction Management
Shad Meier joined the D1 team in 2024 as Vice President of Construction Management. Shad started out in professional sports where he spent five years as a tight end in the NFL with the Titans and Saints. He then ventured into the real estate sector, managing a range of businesses from property rehabs to land development projects. Shad has spent the last six years in construction management at Robins & Morton, where he helped lead complex healthcare projects at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
He is responsible for overseeing franchisee buildouts across the United States. Shad brings extensive knowledge of the construction industry and its processes to D1. The addition of his role on the leadership team reflects D1’s ongoing commitment and support of its franchisees as they expand and open in new markets.
A resident of Nashville for 22 years, and graduate of Belmont University, Shad is originally from Kansas. He played collegiate football at Kansas State University where he studied Construction Science & Management and met his wife, Ashley. Together they have three daughters: Olivia, Arwen, and Evelyn.
Fun Facts:
Shad is the oldest of 4 brothers who all played collegiate and/or professional football.
He was a high school teacher and football coach.
He loves restoring classic cars.
Richard Collins
Director of Franchise Development
Richard Collins joined the D1 family in 2021 as the Director of Franchise Development. Richard has a BS in Kinesiology from California State University of Chico. Prior to joining D1 Richard spent 3 years teaching physical education and health at the high school level. Most recently Richard spent 10 years working for 24 Hour Fitness, which allowed him to hold numerous leadership titles during his tenure. His love for introducing Fitness to young athletes, sales, business and working with like minded people made D1 a natural fit. Richard currently lives outside of Denver with his Wife Amanda, their two kids Cassidy and Declan and their dog Dublin.

Chad Barribeau
Director of Corporate Stores
Chad Barribeau joined the D1 Home Office team in 2022 as the Field Support Consultant for the Eastern Region. In 2024, he transitioned to a new role, Director of Corporate Stores, utilizing his specific skill set to grow the D1 Training brand.
Chad's passion for the fitness industry began when he first started training with a strength and conditioning coach in high school while competing in both soccer and golf. This passion led him to a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition at Michigan State University. Chad got his start in the field as a Strength Coach and later became the Performance Director where his focus was on training youth athletes up to the professional level.
Looking to get out of his home state of Michigan, he decided to relocate to Austin, TX. This is where he first joined D1 in 2020 and spent time as a General Manager and later Regional General Manager for 1.5 years prior to joining the Home Office team. His onsite knowledge across all aspects of the business makes him bring an immensely valuable skill set to the team as he helps drive revenue and profitability for his locations.

Chad spends all his free time golfing or on the lake.
Chad has never had a headache.

Devon Arnold
Director of Real Estate and Development
Devon Arnold joined the D1 system in June 2022 and has assisted franchisees navigating through site search, real estate negotiations and facility buildouts. As the Director of Real Estate and Development for D1 Training, Devon is responsible for overseeing the buildout of D1 facilities, ensuring that brand standards are met through management of key vendors like architecture, construction management, facility branding and equipment. To date, she has assisted over 50 franchisees in opening their D1 locations across the nation.
Devon attended Arizona State University where she received her undergrad in Finance and Masters degree in Sports Law and Business. Devon resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and two-year old son named Deacon.

Nick Kerhoulas
Creative Director
As the Creative Director, Nick helps steward the D1 brand and all things visual representation for D1.
Nick is a brand architect who thrives on creative constraint, problem-solving, and marketing strategy. Nick’s team is tasked with taking D1 to a new level and we are getting it done one pixel at a time. With his experience in brand development, Nick brings creative leadership to the whole system. He graduated from Asbury University in 2011 where he played soccer all four years and earned his bachelor’s degree in media and communications with an emphasis in Video Production. He has been working in the creative space ever since. Nick received his master’s in Ministry and Leadership and then went on to earn his MBA. He cares deeply about creative expression and creative people.
Nick lives in Nashville, TN and is happily married to Sara and has two wild sons who aren’t old enough to train at D1 … yet.
Fun Facts:
Nick played soccer all four years at Asbury University and made his goal to be captain Sr. year.
Nick is a drummer.
Jake Van Der Stad
Director of Pre-Sales
Jake Van Der Stad joined the D1 team in 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Pre-Sales.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Jake started his fitness career over 20+ years ago. Over that time, Jake has held numerous positions including General Manager, Fitness Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations and Executive Vice President. Jake has overseen as many as 56 locations generating upwards of $75 million in annual revenue and has also supported 100+ locations as a Franchise Operations Manager as well. Jake has built his career as a highly productive sales executive able to build and maintain high performing sales teams as well as new customer relationships. While combining expert strategic planning and business planning skills with consistent success in outperforming the competition and delivering sustainable revenue, market and profit growth.
Jake currently lives in Orange County with his wife, Jade, daughter Alana and two dogs, Gatsby and Panda.

Jake has never lost at arm-wrestling.
He once did 102 pushups in 60 seconds.
Jake's favorite food is donuts.
Marybeth ‘Mb’ Weinstein
Director of Compliance
Marybeth ‘Mb’ Weinstein joined the D1 Home Office team as Director of Compliance in September 2023 after spending six years at one of the top franchise law firms in the US where she worked her way up to a Director of Compliance role. As D1’s Director of Compliance, Mb ensures all things legal are properly prepared and adhered to through the D1 system. She graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Government & Law and Anthropology & Sociology. Later, Mb earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Drexel University Kline School of Law with a concentration in business and entrepreneurial law. Mb lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband, Aaron, and their two children, Beckett and Maeve.
Fun Facts:
She loves to spend time outside with her toddlers.
She likes to think of herself as sort of handy with house projects but is terrible at measuring despite looking twice.
Hannah Vander Wall
Director of Digital Marketing
Hannah Vander Wall joined the D1 Training Home Office team in September 2023 as the Director of Digital Marketing. Hannah provides marketing strategy to current franchisees while also focusing on the growth of the D1 Training brand. She graduated Cum Laude from the College of Charleston with dual degrees in Marketing and International Business. Hannah was a member of the Division 1 Track and Field Team with her main event being the High Hurdles. Originally from New Jersey, Hannah currently resides in Nashville, TN.

Loves to cook and try new foods.
Traveled through Central America for a year - she is always up for an adventure!
Casey Belovsky
Director of Field Support
Casey Belovsky joined the D1 Training Home Office team in October 2023. As the Director of Field Support, Casey oversees the Field Support Team that supports franchisees from kicking off pre-sales to ongoing support. The Field Support team is focused on building network relationships, business coaching, driving profitability, administration support, vendor relationships, and education.
He is originally from Southern California where he enlisted in the military. Spent 4 years in active duty with the US Army and 2 in the National Guard before settling back into Orange County, CA. He became a personal trainer in 2007 as his first position in the fitness industry. Since then, he's held numerous other positions from District Manager to Vice President of Sales at other brands before joining the D1 Home Office Team. Casey is married to his wife Lisa and has a daughter named Charlie.

Brandon Borah
Director of Real Estate Development
Originally from Fort Wayne, IN, Brandon went to Ball State University to study Financial Analysis and Accounting. Brandon has over 13 years of real estate experience with a background in Financial Analysis, Leasing, and Development. He spent over 5 years with Simon Property in a multitude of roles, then joined Thompson Thrift Development team where he was the Director of Leasing for over 5 years. With Brandon’s passion for health and fitness and helping the community, he transitioned over to F45 where he was the Leasing Director responsible for the real estate process during the massive growth push.
He's been with D1 Training since 2023 where is responsible for servicing our franchisee partners from site selection to Lease Execution to ensure we open in strong real estate positions. With Brandon's experience and network of real estate professionals, he works diligently in finding opportunities for franchisees across the country.
In his free time, Brandon loves to serve at his church, read, spend time with his family, work out and go bowling.

Brandon went to state in high school in bowling.
Brandon has been on mission trips to Guatemala, Panama, and India.
April Scarlett
Media Relations & Content Development Manager
April Scarlett joined the D1 Training Home Office team in 2024 as the Media Relations & Content Development Manager.
April is an entrepreneurial, franchising expert specializing in franchise development marketing, content development, strategy, and management. She brings over a decade of experience to the D1 team, plus her experience as a former, independent business owner allows her to see perspective and opportunity through both a franchisee and franchisor lens. At D1 Training, she is proud and honored to work and write alongside an amazing team of colleagues.
Fun Facts:
She is an ace at throwing big, themed Gala-type fundraising events, especially for animal and wildlife causes.

Libby Schilling
Sales and Events Coordinator
Libby Schilling joined the D1 system in August 2022 as the Marketing and Events Admin. She has transitioned to assisting the Sales team and became the Sales and Events Coordinator. As the Sales and Events Coordinator, Libby is responsible for supporting the Sales team and managing all aspects of D1 events, including D1 Summits, Recruiting Days, and Operator Training. Ensures seamless coordination and execution of event logistics, enhancing the overall experience and effectiveness of each event. Libby is originally from Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. She attended Western Michigan University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Later, Libby transitioned into the Executive Assistant world where she found her passion for assisting others and event planning. Libby is married to her husband Clay, and has a toddler daughter Charlie and is expecting a baby boy in the fall.

Bryant Howell
Franchise Development Representative
Bryant Howell joined our team in 2021 with a wealth of experience in the fitness industry.
With a background in managing personal training gyms, overseeing operations, driving sales, and thriving as a franchisee, he brings a unique perspective to his role. His primary responsibility is to identify and recruit top-tier franchisees to join the D1 system. A proud graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, Bryant holds a degree in Kinesiology. His passion for fitness is not just professional but also personal, as he believes in the transformative power of a healthy lifestyle.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Bryant is a devoted husband to his wife, Alissia, with whom he has shared eight years of blissful companionship. Together, they call Mobile, Alabama, home, where they enjoy the vibrant culture and southern hospitality of the Gulf Coast.

Andy Vickers
Franchise Development Representative
Andy Vickers is a native of Mobile, AL and a graduate of the University of South Alabama where he studied Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Following a promising professional career interrupted by multiple severe injuries, Andy retired as a water sports athlete to focus his efforts on helping others with their health & fitness. With over a decade in the fitness industry and having been a franchisee previously, Andy uses his experience to help new D1 franchisees get started on their ownership journey. He is also currently focused on being a for-purpose endurance athlete and has dedicated his 2024 endurance sport efforts to raising money for mental health awareness with his 501c3 organization, The Keep Going Foundation.

Carly Normandeau
Field Support Admin
Carly joined the D1 Team in 2016 as a part time Front Desk associate at the Cool Springs facility. She joined the Home Office team in 2019. Throughout the years, she has worn many different hats, but currently supports the Operations team as a Field Support Admin.
Fun Facts:
Carly was a dual sport collegiate athlete, lettering in Field Hockey and Lacrosse.
In addition to working on the D1 Home Office team, she also coaches Lacrosse at her alma mater, Sewanee: The University of the South.

Chad got his start in the field as a Strength Coach and later became the Performance Director where his focus was on training youth athletes up to the professional level.
Looking to get out of his home state of Michigan, he decided to relocate to Austin, TX. This is where he first joined D1 in 2020 and spent time as a General Manager and later Regional General Manager for 1.5 years prior to joining the Home Office team. His onsite knowledge across all aspects of the business makes him bring an immensely valuable skill set to the team as he helps drive revenue and profitability for his locations.

Chad spends all his free time golfing or on the lake.

Director of Real Estate and Development
Devon Arnold
Devon Arnold joined the D1 system in June 2022 and has assisted franchisees navigating through site search, real estate negotiations and facility buildouts. As the Director of Real Estate and Development for D1 Training, Devon is responsible for overseeing the buildout of D1 facilities, ensuring that brand standards are met through management of key vendors like architecture, construction management, facility branding and equipment. To date, she has assisted over 50 franchisees in opening their D1 locations across the nation.
Devon attended Arizona State University where she received her undergrad in Finance and Masters degree in Sports Law and Business. Devon resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and two-year old son named Deacon.

Creative Director
Nick Kerhoulas
As the Creative Director, Nick helps steward the D1 brand and all things visual representation for D1.
Nick is a brand architect who thrives on creative constraint, problem-solving, and marketing strategy. Nick’s team is tasked with taking D1 to a new level and we are getting it done one pixel at a time. With his experience in brand development, Nick brings creative leadership to the whole system. He graduated from Asbury University in 2011 where he played soccer all four years and earned his bachelor’s degree in media and communications with an emphasis in Video Production. He has been working in the creative space ever since. Nick received his master’s in Ministry and Leadership and then went on to earn his MBA. He cares deeply about creative expression and creative people.
Nick lives in Nashville, TN and is happily married to Sara and has two wild sons who aren’t old enough to train at D1 … yet.

Nick played soccer all four years at Asbury University and made his goal to be captain Sr. year.

Director of Pre-Sales
Jake Van Der Stad
Jake Van Der Stad joined the D1 team in 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Pre-Sales.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Jake started his fitness career over 20+ years ago. Over that time, Jake has held numerous positions including General Manager, Fitness Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations and Executive Vice President. Jake has overseen as many as 56 locations generating upwards of $75 million in annual revenue and has also supported 100+ locations as a Franchise Operations Manager as well. Jake has built his career as a highly productive sales executive able to build and maintain high performing sales teams as well as new customer relationships. While combining expert strategic planning and business planning skills with consistent success in outperforming the competition and delivering sustainable revenue, market and profit growth.
Jake currently lives in Orange County with his wife, Jade, daughter Alana and two dogs, Gatsby and Panda.

Jake has never lost at arm-wrestling.

Director of Compliance
Marybeth ‘Mb’ Weinstein
Marybeth ‘Mb’ Weinstein joined the D1 Home Office team as Director of Compliance in September 2023 after spending six years at one of the top franchise law firms in the US where she worked her way up to a Director of Compliance role. As D1’s Director of Compliance, Mb ensures all things legal are properly prepared and adhered to through the D1 system. She graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Government & Law and Anthropology & Sociology. Later, Mb earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Drexel University Kline School of Law with a concentration in business and entrepreneurial law. Mb lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband, Aaron, and their two children, Beckett and Maeve.

She loves to spend time outside with her toddlers.
She likes to think of herself as sort of handy with house projects but is terrible at measuring despite looking twice.
Director of Digital Marketing
Hannah Vander Wall
Hannah Vander Wall joined the D1 Training Home Office team in September 2023 as the Director of Digital Marketing. Hannah provides marketing strategy to current franchisees while also focusing on the growth of the D1 Training brand. She graduated Cum Laude from the College of Charleston with dual degrees in Marketing and International Business. Hannah was a member of the Division 1 Track and Field Team with her main event being the High Hurdles. Originally from New Jersey, Hannah currently resides in Nashville, TN.

Traveled through Central America for a year - she is always up for an adventure!
Director of Field Support
Casey Belovsky
Casey Belovsky joined the D1 Training Home Office team in October 2023. As the Director of Field Support, Casey oversees the Field Support Team that supports franchisees from kicking off pre-sales to ongoing support. The Field Support team is focused on building network relationships, business coaching, driving profitability, administration support, vendor relationships, and education.
He is originally from Southern California where he enlisted in the military. Spent 4 years in active duty with the US Army and 2 in the National Guard before settling back into Orange County, CA. He became a personal trainer in 2007 as his first position in the fitness industry. Since then, he's held numerous other positions from District Manager to Vice President of Sales at other brands before joining the D1 Home Office Team. Casey is married to his wife Lisa and has a daughter named Charlie.

Director of Real Estate Development
Brandon Borah
Originally from Fort Wayne, IN, Brandon went to Ball State University to study Financial Analysis and Accounting. Brandon has over 13 years of real estate experience with a background in Financial Analysis, Leasing, and Development. He spent over 5 years with Simon Property in a multitude of roles, then joined Thompson Thrift Development team where he was the Director of Leasing for over 5 years. With Brandon’s passion for health and fitness and helping the community, he transitioned over to F45 where he was the Leasing Director responsible for the real estate process during the massive growth push.
He's been with D1 Training since 2023 where is responsible for servicing our franchisee partners from site selection to Lease Execution to ensure we open in strong real estate positions. With Brandon's experience and network of real estate professionals, he works diligently in finding opportunities for franchisees across the country.
In his free time, Brandon loves to serve at his church, read, spend time with his family, work out and go bowling.

Brandon went to state in high school in bowling.
Brandon has been on mission trips to Guatemala, Panama, and India.
Media Relations & Content Development Manager
April Scarlett
April Scarlett joined the D1 Training Home Office team in 2024 as the Media Relations & Content Development Manager.
April is an entrepreneurial, franchising expert specializing in franchise development marketing, content development, strategy, and management. She brings over a decade of experience to the D1 team, plus her experience as a former, independent business owner allows her to see perspective and opportunity through both a franchisee and franchisor lens. At D1 Training, she is proud and honored to work and write alongside an amazing team of colleagues.
Fun Facts:
She is an ace at throwing big, themed Gala-type fundraising events, especially for animal and wildlife causes.

Sales and Events Coordinator
Libby Schilling
Libby Schilling joined the D1 system in August 2022 as the Marketing and Events Admin. She has transitioned to assisting the Sales team and became the Sales and Events Coordinator. As the Sales and Events Coordinator, Libby is responsible for supporting the Sales team and managing all aspects of D1 events, including D1 Summits, Recruiting Days, and Operator Training. Ensures seamless coordination and execution of event logistics, enhancing the overall experience and effectiveness of each event. Libby is originally from Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. She attended Western Michigan University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Later, Libby transitioned into the Executive Assistant world where she found her passion for assisting others and event planning. Libby is married to her husband Clay, and has a toddler daughter Charlie and is expecting a baby boy in the fall.

Bryant Howell
Bryant Howell joined our team in 2021 with a wealth of experience in the fitness industry.
With a background in managing personal training gyms, overseeing operations, driving sales, and thriving as a franchisee, he brings a unique perspective to his role. His primary responsibility is to identify and recruit top-tier franchisees to join the D1 system. A proud graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, Bryant holds a degree in Kinesiology. His passion for fitness is not just professional but also personal, as he believes in the transformative power of a healthy lifestyle.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Bryant is a devoted husband to his wife, Alissia, with whom he has shared eight years of blissful companionship. Together, they call Mobile, Alabama, home, where they enjoy the vibrant culture and southern hospitality of the Gulf Coast.

Franchise Development Representative
Andy Vickers
Andy Vickers is a native of Mobile, AL and a graduate of the University of South Alabama where he studied Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Following a promising professional career interrupted by multiple severe injuries, Andy retired as a water sports athlete to focus his efforts on helping others with their health & fitness. With over a decade in the fitness industry and having been a franchisee previously, Andy uses his experience to help new D1 franchisees get started on their ownership journey. He is also currently focused on being a for-purpose endurance athlete and has dedicated his 2024 endurance sport efforts to raising money for mental health awareness with his 501c3 organization, The Keep Going Foundation.

Field Support Admin
Carly Normandeau
Carly joined the D1 Team in 2016 as a part time Front Desk associate at the Cool Springs facility. She joined the Home Office team in 2019. Throughout the years, she has worn many different hats, but currently supports the Operations team as a Field Support Admin.
Fun Facts:
Carly was a dual sport collegiate athlete, lettering in Field Hockey and Lacrosse.
In addition to working on the D1 Home Office team, she also coaches Lacrosse at her alma mater, Sewanee: The University of the South.
