What is the total investment?
Startup costs range from $161,750-$711,123*. *See Item 7 of the current FDD.

What are the franchise fee and royalty structure?
We charge $59,500 for our current franchise fee and a 7% royalty fee.
If you wish to pursue additional franchises, we will reduce the initial franchise fee as follows: (i) $40,000 for your second franchise agreement; (ii) $35,000 for your third franchise agreement; (iii) $30,000 for your fourth and fifth franchise agreements.

You must be passionate about your community, sports, and fitness. You have a drive and desire to help people become their best possible selves. You have a proven track record of success.

How many employees do I need?
That depends. Many of the D1 Training facilities operate with as few as 6 employees, and others have more than 12. Because our business model is membership-driven, as your business grows, so will your employee needs.
