D1 Training Tallahassee Hosts Grand Re-Opening
D1 Training Tallahassee celebrated their Grand Re-Opening on Friday, October 4th.
The new owners are no strangers to the D1 Training family. Scott and Courthey Ostrow currently own D1 Training Baton Rouge, in Louisiana, and are excited to own another D1 Training facility. Julie and Collin Bauer, a Vice President of Franchise Development at D1 Training’s home office, and professional football coach, already appreciate the value of a D1 Training facility.
Courtney and Scott, seasoned entrepreneurs who built successful businesses from scratch, share a lifelong passion for fitness. With three active children heavily involved in sports, they have always prioritized a healthy lifestyle. Their journey with D1 Training began as customers when their son attended the local Arizona facility. Witnessing firsthand, how D1 ignited their son’s athletic potential and instilled a lasting love of fitness, the Ostrows were inspired. Eager to share this transformative experience with others and create a family-oriented business, they recognized D1 as the perfect opportunity. The chance to work alongside their family while making a positive impact on the community was a compelling factor in their decision to become D1 franchise owners.
Collin & Julie are excited to bring D1’s high level of training to the athletic community in Tallahassee. They have two sports-crazed kids, Eva (9yo) & Jack (6yo). They spend their “free time” on a soccer field, basketball court, or baseball field. Collin is a professional football coach in the United Football League and has a combined 16 years of professional and Division I college football experience. His career has been built on helping athletes reach their goals and knows first-hand what it takes to succeed in that environment. Julie works as the Vice President of Franchise Development for D1 Training where her primary focus is bringing D1 Training facilities to communities across the nation.
“Athletics and the community that surrounds them have brought our family many of our fondest memories and greatest friendships. We have seen the impact of this training on our own kids, as they have become more dynamic on the field, mentally tougher, and better teammates. To our family, D1 Tallahassee is a place to bring the community together in an environment that pushes you, supports you, and helps you get a little bit better every day on the road to helping you reach your best you.”
