D1 Training is Breaking Records in 2024

D1 Training continues to execute their 2024 strategy for dramatic growth as they round headstrong into an exciting Q4 with record sales, celebrity campaigns, and corporate team growth.

A record number of D1 Training franchises are awarded each month, and new facilities open every month nationwide, bringing the YTD numbers to 117 facilities in operation, and 252more in development, with an entire quarter to go this year.

The brand is especially popular across Florida, North Carolina, and Texas. D1 Training Denton, in Denton, Texas, is the 22nd D1 Training location to open in the state.

“Prospective franchisees are attracted to what they see happening in our business, which is a mindset focused on serving athletes,” said Will Bartholomew, Founder and CEO of D1 Training. “Last year we served about 25,000 athletes across the country, and that number is growing every month.”

D1 Training is an athletic training brand known for its professional partnerships since its inception in 2001, with names like Peyton Manning, Tim Tebow, and others. Tebow will be the keynote speaker at the company’s annual Franchise Summit this November. A new media campaign launched last month with 12-Time NBA All-Star Chris Paul.

“I’ve been a part of D1 for over ten years and I believe in it,” said Paul. “When I go to a gym, I want to be surrounded by people who have the same mindset as me.”

Such impressive growth thus far this year can be partially attributed to the amount of support available to franchisees from the D1 corporate office which continues to grow. Most recently among 5 new hires is former Tennessee Titans player, Shad Meier, Vice President of Construction Management.

"Shad's appointment as Vice President of Construction Management allows D1's Real Estate and Development team to execute plays at the next level," said Dan Murphy, COO of D1 Training. “Already we are seeing the impact he is making as we prepare to elevate the number of units into 2025. It's going to be exciting to see what our team can accomplish as we enter this new phase of growth at D1.”
