The 2025 NFL Draft is in the books and D1 Training made its mark.
Here's a handful of notes about where players who worked with D1 ended up...
ASHTON JEANTY
Boise State's Ashton Jeanty was the first running back picked, going No. 6 overall to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Jeanty spent time at D1 West Nola after the college season and worked with Coach Jon Davis. "We did all the fundamental stuff," Davis said. "Big knee drive, hip extension, med ball starts, sled resistance sprints and in the weight room, we kept it performance based."
UNLV linebacker Jackson Woodard, the Mountain West Defensive Player of the Year, signed a priority free agent deal after the draft with the Seattle Seahawks.
"Jaylen Jones is a dynamic safety whose background as a wide receiver provides him with a unique perspective on offensive strategies. His athleticism, evidenced by his impressive Pro Day metrics, combined with his on-field intelligence, makes him a promising prospect for NFL teams seeking a versatile defensive back capable of contributing immediately on defense and special teams."
• The rest of the Draft Prep group at D1 Midlothian will look for new pro football opportunities as free agents, including NFL minicamp invites, the Canadian Football League, the United Football League and more.
• The same goes for offensive lineman Preston Wilson, who trained at D1 Cool Springs with ex-NFL veteran Kyle Turley.
