D1 Training Appoints Casey Belovsky as Director of Field Support and Education
D1 Training is proud to announce the appointment of Casey Belovsky as Director of Field Support and Education.
After retiring from the U.S. Army in 2007, Belovsky launched his career in the fitness industry, where he’s worked for prominent fitness brands including 24 Hour Fitness and Row House, part of the Xpotential Fitness portfolio of brands. At 24 Hour Fitness, he played an instrumental role in driving $25 million in annual revenue for the South Denver market and reduced General Manager turnover from 60% to 33%. In 2020, Belovsky joined Row House as Regional Sales Manager. After overseeing 30 studios and driving overall network revenue, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales where he worked with over 90 studio and their teams.
Now, stepping into the role of Director of Field Support and Education for D1 Training, he will be responsible for improving the health of the franchise network through systematic training and development of the field teams. He aims to achieve this by building meaningful relationships with the franchisees to better understand the needs of their business, while combining expert strategic planning and business skills with consistent success to deliver sustainable revenue, market, and profit growth.
“I'm honored to take on the role of Director of Field Support and Education at D1 Training,” said Belovsky. “As we embark on this journey together, I'm committed to equipping our athletes, coaches, and staff with the knowledge and support they need to reach their full potential. Instrumental to my decision in joining D1 Training is the outstanding culture and brand identity - it is a place where everyone can find their inner athlete whether it is on the field or working side by side with some of the top leaders in the industry."
With more than a decade of experience, Belovsky is a true believer in a hands-on approach, as shown in his eagerness to connect with franchisees on-site for education and support.
“Casey’s vast knowledge, expertise, and proven track record will be essential to our brand’s continued success,” said D1 Training Chief Operating Officer, Dan Murphy. “He brings a unique and hands-on approach to franchisee relationships; one that will make notable improvements to our brand growth and performance. We are eager to see the impact he’ll have as we continue to promote D1 Training as a premier, franchisee-focused, fitness brand.”
